COR is proud to announce that it has been ranked #37 on the 2026 Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts, an annual recognition presented by The Women’s Edge in partnership with Boston Globe Media. This marks COR’s fifth consecutive year on this list.
The ranked list was revealed at the Top 100 Awards Breakfast on Friday, October 30, 2026, and published in the Women & Power issue of The Boston Globe Magazine on November 1, 2026.
Led by Denise Horn, CEO, Creative Office Resources joins a group of women-led companies and nonprofit organizations that collectively represent more than $164 billion in total revenue and operating budgets, an increase of nearly 17 percent over last year. Together, the 2026 honorees employ more than 161,000 people in Massachusetts and more than 520,000 people worldwide.
“Being named among the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts for the fifth consecutive year is a meaningful milestone for Creative Office Resources,” said Denise Horn, CEO of Creative Office Resources. “I have always believed that strong businesses are built on strong people, and I am incredibly proud of the organization we continue to grow. As a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise, this recognition is a reminder of the importance of women’s leadership and the opportunities we have to make a lasting impact on our industry and the communities we serve. We are honored to be recognized alongside so many of our valued clients and industry partners who are making a difference across Massachusetts.”
“For 26 years, the Top 100 has shown what is possible when women lead,” said Elizabeth L. Hailer, Chief Executive Officer of The Women’s Edge. “This year’s honorees represent more than $164 billion in revenue and employ more than 161,000 people across Massachusetts. Behind those numbers are leaders who are building stronger organizations, creating opportunity, and investing in their communities every day.”
The 2026 Top 100 Awards Breakfast, held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place, brought together hundreds of business and community leaders from across the Commonwealth to celebrate women-led organizations in every sector, from healthcare and financial services to education, technology, human services, and more.
Special guests included Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll, Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, and State Auditor Diana DiZoglio, who joined the celebration to recognize the honorees and their contributions to the Commonwealth. The program featured a keynote with Colette Phillips and Janet Wu, “From Revolution to Reinvention: Women Leading the Next 250 Years.”
Now in its 26th year, the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts list highlights women CEOs, presidents, and executive directors who lead some of the state’s most influential companies and nonprofits. The Women’s Edge compiles the list based on 2025 revenue or operating budget along with other factors, including number of full-time employees in Massachusetts, workplace and management diversity, and innovative projects. This year marks the 14th year that The Boston Globe Magazine has partnered with The Women’s Edge on the list.
