Creative Office Resources (COR) is excited to announce that we have achieved Platinum Dealer status for the fourth year in a row through the MillerKnoll Dealer Excellence Program.

What is Dealer Excellence?

Dealer Excellence (DX) is a continuous improvement program that uses an objective framework to measure and engage dealers for ongoing performance and commitment to the goals and strategies of MillerKnoll’s collective of brands. The DX Program has four sections with performance metrics that provide a comprehensive framework to measure DX.

Why Does Dealer Excellence Matter?

DX was established by MillerKnoll to provide standards and measure success within their Dealer Network. As a Platinum Dealer, COR is able to provide our clients with one source for all product and service needs, tailor an individual service solution by choosing from a full menu of services, receive effective, efficient, and consistent services at multiple locations, and reduce furniture management time/costs and generate return on investment in furniture assets. The DX Program holds dealers to a standard to ensure excellence in all four categories.

How Did COR Achieve Dealer Excellence?

Throughout the fiscal year, dealers are required to submit documentation of their achievements and completion of requirements. Dealers receive points upon successful completion which goes towards their total score. Dealers can receive Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Level Status. As a Platinum Dealer, this means COR met and exceeded the expectations set forth for Fiscal Year 23.
