The state-of-the-art development boasts 480,000 square feet of premier lab and office space with a public park, providing tailored amenities and infrastructure for tenants. In phase one of three, COR outfitted the first floor and rooftop level consisting of a lobby space, training rooms, and outdoor furniture.
