COR partnered with Lavallee Brensinger Architects, Consigli Construction, and Newmark on the comprehensive renovation, providing furniture for workstations, private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, huddle rooms, and a cafe. Throughout the project, COR’s commitment to Sappi’s vision and budget was emphasized, fostering a continued, successful partnership.
