Schrafft’s City Center by Flatley Co.

Formerly the manufacturing site of the iconic Schrafft’s Candy Factory, the building includes both office and amenity spaces like a gym, coffee bar, event space, and child care. COR partnered with Robin Adams Design and Flatley Co. to refresh the lobby and cafeteria spaces with an updated and modern look, pulling inspiration from the original Schrafft’s Candy logo. Thoughtful design and product selection led to an elevated new space for tenants and guests.
