Creative Office Resources partnered with Payette and Waypoint to furnish their new, state-of-the-art building, which features five floors of dedicated lab space and more than double the floor area of the previous facilities. Designed to enable cross-disciplinary research, the LEED Gold Certified space empowers groundbreaking discoveries to prevent, detect, and cure diseases while accommodating more scientists, researchers, and staff, including biologists, clinicians, postdocs, and operational teams. The project scope included labs, offices, workstations, and areas for conferences, seminars, and open collaboration, building on COR’s long-standing partnership with MGB, MIT and Harvard.
