Partnering with Redgate and Dyer Brown, COR was able to get an early start on the project helping create a project roadmap and realistic budget to turn the existing, fully furnished space into their own vision. COR helped create a new layout to optimize their style of working, determined what existing furniture to reuse, and coordinated the logistics of handling existing furniture on site while simultaneously improving the interiors of the space with construction and labor. The scope of the project included a workstation and private office refresh, open office collaboration zones, huddle rooms, conference rooms, training rooms, library, and a café/flex space.
