A 16,000 square-foot working showroom on Thomson Place, between the Fort Point and Seaport neighborhoods.

Fort Point / Seaport
COR brought two earlier Boston locations together into one 16,000 square-foot space on Thomson Place, at the meeting point of Fort Point and the Seaport.
The floor was planned around a 2019 utilization study rather than a headcount: 42 reservable desks and 15–20 touch-down spots support more than 150 people across the week, on a “presence with a purpose” model. Everything in it is furniture we specify for clients, in daily use.
