Creative Office Resources successfully transformed three floors, totaling 100,000 square feet, at 919 Third Avenue in New York City for the esteemed law firm, Mintz. The project involved furnishing and designing private offices, conference rooms, pantries, amenities areas, ancillary, and support spaces. Notably, one floor is exclusively dedicated to a client-facing conference center, underscoring Mintz's dedication to providing exceptional service. The overarching goals of the project were to deliver a space that embodies design excellence, functional efficiency, and adaptability for future needs.

“The Mintz team, architects and project management team all worked very closely with COR. From the outset, their team was completely engaged, diligent and responsive. We went through several changes and tweaking of the furniture design and the COR team worked closely with us to ensure the design met our needs as well as making important recommendations to help guide the process. We had some bumps along the way regarding delays due to supply chain issues as well as some workarounds during installation - all the while, adding pressure to our vendors when appropriate. COR was present at every weekly meeting and as we began the delivery and install process, their attention to detail was impressive.
