COR collaborated with Elkus Manfredi Architects and National Development to furnish the amenity spaces within 7INK's brand new building. The scope includes the lobby, roof top, patio, great room, game room, communal kitchen, laundry, amenity spaces, leasing office, bike shop and lounges. COR successfully brought 7INK's specific vision to life with a mix of both vintage and modern pieces, while remaining on time and within budget. Various ancillary products were used from manufacturers such as Herman Miller, Design Within Reach, Maharam, Crate & Barrel, Bernhardt and more.
