District Council 37, the largest public employees union in New York City, represents over 120,000 workers. DC 37 partnered with The Switzer Group, Avison Young, and Creative Office Resources for their approximately 300,000 square-foot headquarters at 125 Barclay Street. The project consisted of 11 floors of workstations, private offices, conference rooms, meeting areas, cafe, lounge areas, event spaces and terraces.
