BJ's Wholesale Club, a leading warehouse club operator, moved their headquarters to Marlborough, MA. Creative Office Resources partnered with IA and JLL to complete the 195,000 square foot modern and open concept space that supports over 1,000 team members. The project includes more than 700 workstations, 250 touchdown stations, 70 offices, along with multiple conference rooms, huddle rooms, open collaboration areas and cafes. Additionally, black powder coated DIRTT Inspire and stack walls with wood veneer doors are used throughout BJ's new location.
