Creative Office Resources, alongside Tria, The Davis Companies, and Colliers supported the project's goals for a functional space with a high-end, clean aesthetic that fit the client's budget. The space includes 10 offices, 59 workstations, 9 conference rooms, reception, lab seating, phone rooms, and a large cafe. In addition to the client's office space, the project partners also completed a spec suite within the same building with 3 offices, 44 workstations, 7 conference rooms and a cafe.
