COR partnered with Leggat McCall Properties and Jacobs Engineering Group to help a prominent life sciences return-client design and furnish their brand new 250,000 square-foot facility in Boston, MA. The 250,000 square-foot space consists of 793 workstations, numerous private offices, reception, lounge areas and a café. Ancillary furniture from Herman Miller, OFS, Spacestor, HAY, Scandinavian Spaces, Poppin, DWR, Geiger, Stylex, Allemuir, Hightower and Narbutas was used throughout the three floors. COR was able to deliver the project within the given timeline and budget despite the challenges posed by a constantly evolving schedule.
