Overview

JCMC is a state-designated trauma center offering intensive care services as well as a regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center for diagnosis and treatment of critically ill newborns. Natural light and soothing views were embraced in the design, reflecting in the furniture pieces and colors chosen. The renovation included 20 private recovery rooms for mother and baby. Each room has ample room for visitors and features include a recliner and sleepover sofa. The two family waiting areas were designed to be bright, full of light and color.
