NanoMosaic, a biotechnology company that provides solutions for early illness detection, prognostic monitoring, and biomarker identification, partnered with COR to transform their new headquarters in Waltham, MA. The 30,000 square-foot space underwent a full renovation, resulting in a visually striking and modern workspace that reflects NanoMosaic's industry-leading position. The space included offices, workstations, reception, huddle rooms, conference rooms, open lounge areas and a café. Collaborating closely with the NanoMosaic team, COR ensured the project met their vision and requirements. The result is a remarkable workplace that fosters collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being, showcasing the power of thoughtful design and effective project management.
