Oyster River Middle School

Oyster River Middle School, part of the Oyster River Cooperative School District in New Hampshire, is a 630-student middle school serving the towns of Durham, Madbury, and Lee.

The new 146,900 square-foot school hosts students in grades 5-8 and faculty. Creative Office Resources worked with the client and Lavallee Brensinger Architects on providing furniture for classrooms, learning commons, break out spaces, cafeteria, music room, offices, and conference rooms. The building is LEED Gold Certified and meets Net-Positive Energy Criteria. For COR, this meant identifying and supplying products that meet these requirements while still achieving the projects aesthetic and budgetary goals.
