BMR (BioMed Realty), a leading real estate company specializing in labs and life science and tech office spaces, partnered with Perkins & Will, Northstar Project & Real Estate Services, and Creative Office Resources on the new Assembly Innovation Park development. The state-of-the-art development boasts 480,000 square feet of premier lab and office space with a public park, providing tailored amenities and infrastructure for tenants. In phase one of three, COR outfitted the first floor and rooftop level consisting of a lobby space, training rooms, and outdoor furniture.
