This Confidential Transportation Client engaged The Switzer Group and Creative Office Resources on their New York Headquarters relocation. Starting with a 30,000-square-foot pilot floor, COR provided ancillary for conference rooms, huddle spaces, open lounge, phone booths, lockers, and a cafe. With a goal of creating a vibrant, unique, and updated workspace for employees, COR identified products that fit their aesthetic and functional needs, while utilizing government contracts to stay within budget.
