Located just down the street from their existing Machias location, Machias Savings Bank built an Operations Center to support their 130 local employees.
Overview
Machias’ vision for their new space centered on natural light, scenic views and multiple settings to support various workstyles. This variety of spaces allows employees to do some focus work in the OFS Heya Booth, or enjoy catching up with coworkers in the large, multi-functional cafe hub space. They knew they wanted a modern and clean solution with privacy and security for their offices, meeting rooms, and accounting team spaces. With a sleek aesthetic and short lead times, DIRTT was the perfect fit for their space and their construction schedule, which took place during the COVID-19 pandemic.
