The Norfolk & Dedham Group, a mutual insurance carrier, built a new headquarters space designed to incorporate their New England heritage, embrace the community culture and recruit new talent. Creative Office Resources partnered with SGA and STV on the 49,000 square foot project. The scope consists of 125 workstations and 25 private offices, along with a variety of dynamic and flexible workspace environments including conference rooms, breakout spaces, training rooms, a community lounge and library. COR constructed the offices and conference rooms with DIRTT classic prefabricated solution, featuring wood veneer doors and a combination of fabric and painted walls.
